I'd recommend calling with very low expectations. The girl who answers the phone is rude. Not once, but consistently for years. If you DO get patched through to leave a message with service, they won't return your call. We have an in-ground pool that by year 10, the decking cracked by the stairs, the coping is separating, and it leaks about 4,000 gallons over the winter (it's a 28k gal pool). I called and was greeted (once again) by the obnoxious Little Miss- I really don't want to be bothered. What a way to greet a paying customer. I just want it fixed. I really dislike the they way she's treated us over the years- but at least she's consistently rude and a great example of how not to treat customers or get repeat business. I have taken my service business elsewhere. That, and their hours are horrible; unless your unemployed.
Pros: Good inventory of parts.
