1st Choice movers was hired to complete my move at 2:00 PM. They finally arrived, and started at 3:30 PM. The crew was 20 minutes late in arriving to my destination. When I called Ron, the owner, to discuss the frustrating experience I had he told me there was no way it would be true, that he never has a problem, and would not work with me to compromise on the cost of the move. The reason their price is so low up front is because they milk the move as long as possible to get more money. The moving crew told me Ron never told them what I had to move, even though I filled out an entire form, and they had no clue as to what to expect. Ron doesn't care about his employees, or customers and has zero customer service skills. Not only is this company not my first choice, they are my last choice. I will never hire them again.
