At the time I bought (2) Pencil Holly, the salesperson said I could bring them back within the year if they died or failed to thrive. Well they died and called them indicating I still have the receipt and wanted to replace them. She said that is not the case and I was to look closer at the receipt. Yep - 90 days. I told them I was a repeat customer and spent a large amount of money there - that didn't go anywhere - just said sorry. I am now sticking with Lowe's or Home Depot - they honor shrub and products for a year. Also Sherwood Forest has excellent plants and shrubs and for the best price on annuals you can't beat Weithops next to Sherwood Forest on Barrett Station Road.
