I work for a veterinary company & had to make a phone call to this clinic for some information on one of their patients. First of all, the receptionist, Laura, answered the phone without even stating who she was (I had to ask her what her name was), how she could help etc. She answered it like I was putting her out by even calling their clinic (great first impression). She was extremely short, extremely rude & not one bit concerned about how she might be able to help. I speak to veterinary clinics for a good part of my day & having also worked at one for years as both a receptionist & a technician, I know how important it is to have good phone manners & how essential it is when getting new clients and keeping old ones. If I was a potential client calling around for information I can tell you without a doubt I wouldnt step foot in this clinic because of the first impression I recieved fromt this receptionist. This is extremely unpfrofessional and I hope she works on her attitude because it is definetly not an asset to this clinic.
