Had brought our little cat Minnie here about 2 years before she passed away. She was showing signs of something being wrong, some weight loss and not eating the same as before. Dr Malin was the doctor then, who although was pretty nice, (unlike Dr Coughlin) always seemed exhausted. She had us bring in Minnie regularly mostly to have her thyroid checked because she did have a thyroid problem. However Minnie still wasn't eating very well. A Dr. Rios, we saw also prior to Dr. Malin at the time. He was rude and didn't call with bloodwork results and he is no longer there. We got a letter then after one year or so that Dr Malin was leaving the practice and it would be run by someone else. In comes Dr. Coughlin, She saw Minnie many many times. Not sure if she ever did a good exam on her at all. Also doctor has a very strange, unfriendly personality which did not help matters. Minnie was around 5lbs. Doctor never recommended tests other than thyroid bloodwork again. We were there every month or two. Dr. sayed it was allright to have Minnies teeth cleaned. On a voice mail she left a message that we need to hold off on the teeth cleaning because she noticed a large tumor while finally examining her (they do exams prior to teeth cleaning). Did not offer anything, had to call her and ask if we could do anything. Was put on chemo and she died within one month. I beg of you not to take your cat's here. They are fine for shots only or for young animals but Minnie was 13 at the time and comments were also made that she was an old lady. Everyone's cat gets older and again please change your vet. If our cat was diagnosed earlier she may still be alive. This is just not a good place. Also as far as the front office goes, to make a long story short. Cathy and especially Ruth are crazy. Also you probably get the idea, but we think the doctor is also. Take Care and please do not go here.

Cons: Doctor Coughlin does not have a clue what she is doing!
