Located in the Ballantyne neighborhood of Charlotte, this hotel was described to me as "looking like an Ikea showroom" and wow--what a perfect description! The decor is very retro-modern, sleek and clean. Big bed, fluffy pillows, nice wall-mounted flatscreen, and I loved the rain-shower! Good smelling hair and body products too, and it's also a "green" hotel. They have the kind of rooms where you need a key to turn on the electricity--which I like. Very forward thinking. There is a bar in the lobby and a cafe where you can buy fruit, etc. I wish they had a hotel restaurant for I am a room-service junkie, BUT there are a lot of restaurants located close, and several of them do deliver. Overall I would absolutly stay here again!
