I have dealt with Central Electronics on three occasions and each time the experience has been delightful. These guys really know their stuff! I own a Samsung HLP-SU85W and recently, the rear projection bulb wouldn't fire up. As a result, the television was rendered useless. The initial in-home diagnosis was a faulty color wheel. After installing the part, it was discovered that in addition the mother board needed to be replaced and that the parts needed to come from the factory. Check this out... At NO COST to me, I was provided with a flat screen, High Def. loaner. WHO DOES THAT??? Central Electronics, that's who! On Easter Sunday I got a call from Sam (the owner) and he asked if he could come out that day and install the new engine for me. Easter....who works on Easter?? Central Electronics, that's who! Don't be fooled by disgruntled customers who write less than flattering comments on a blog page. Central Electronics knows their business and practices the lost art of customer service as well... if not better than anyone.
