Not long ago I was tempted to call the BBB; but just because one young blond-haired girl has no customer service skills and a bad attitude and the inability to understand what was at issue, doesn't mean I should stoop to her level. There is no excuse for discussing my situation to other pharmacy staff where I can hear them and see them in their own surveillance mirror. After noticing that I heard and saw them, instead of apologizing to me for not being discreet enough, I was ignored even though I made direct eye contact with her acknowledging that I had in fact heard them. It was unprofessional and I left feeling like I was trying to do something illegal with some medication. I suppose I could have complained to the store manager, but I just chose to ignore their ignorance and move on with my life. They could brush up on customer service skills and discreetness.
