I have been coming to the Delray Gentle Dental for more years than I know. There have been few bad experiences. The only one thing that ticks me off is the times I have had to wait to be seen. I understand that things happen! What I don't understand is why the office can't notify a patient when the doctor/hygienist is running late and allow the patient the opportunity to come in a little later and not sit in the waiting room for a half an hour or more. My time is very valuable to me.
