As a native Washingtonian I have pretty much been everywhere and done everything in this great city and I always try new things but one thing has been a constant the past few months. If I go out on a Thursday, I go to R and R hotel for a weekly dj night called "beat market" with dj cold case. there are a few reasons why... 1)the music is amazing and sets are never the same. also dj cold case and his partner are really good at feeling out a crowd and playing to it accordingly. 2)if you like to dance, go! the dance floor is a good size and my pet peve is not having enough dance space or being so crowded i cant get to the bar. that seems to be what happends EVERY weekend in dc no matter where i go so this solves that prob!
