Absolute horrible service 4/13/2010

My laptop stopped charging April 2, 2010. I took it to bobcat laptops on April 3, 2010. They told me it would be 3-5 days before they could diagnose it however on April 5 they called and told me it just needed a part replaced and that they ordered it that same day. I assumed I'd have my laptop back within the same week. I didn't hear anything back so I called on the 9th and asked if the part had come in. They said no it had not but that shipping should take from 3-5 days so I should expect it in latest by April 10 and get my computer back that day although they kept reassuring me that it would be much sooner. On April 10 I called back and received the same information and assurances. It is now April 13, 2010 and I just called to ask about the part and the person I talked to had no idea what was going on and said it would probably be 3 to 5 days. When I told him it had been 8 days since they allegedly ordered the piece he said he didn't know what to tell me. When i asked for a manager he said they didn't have one and started being extremely rude and told me he couldn't do anything for me and didn't know what was going on and would call me back later. This is an absolute disaster. They are extremely unprofessional and have awful customer service. No one seems to know or care what is going on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE FOR ANY REASON.
