I am treated as family - they know my name and they also (most important) are very aware of my car needs. AND, she seems to have quite a few. Nothing to do with Larry's but the original factory. I am confident the service staff will communicate the reality of mechanical issues, letting me know what is essential and what can wait. I appreciate this.
