I have a wheaten terrier who is notorious for getting matted and super dirty. Every groomer I took her to would just shave her completely bald instead of taking the time to work with her hair. The Groom Room actually brushes her out completely and then cuts her hair to an appropriate length. I wouldn't go anythere else.
