This was first time visiting a resale shop. I thought the employees were friendly and helpful with most parts of the procedure. However, when I returned the next day to get the clothes they did not wish to purchase I felt very confused. The employee gave me a price, one of which I don't think was very fair, but I did accept. However, I wish I hadn't. I did get a chance to quickly look over the items the business wanted to purchase, but it was in a half scattered way. Some items were in bins and some were in bags. I felt as if items were hidden from site on purpose. I had everything neatly folded in two tubs and in return the items not purchased were just half hazardly thrown back into the tubs. Also, later when I got home I went through my tubs and found that pants were taken from four outfits and I was left with the tops/onesies. I called the business and was told that I should have told them not to seperate outfits. I tried to explain to the employee that this was my first experience and that I had no idea she would do that and felt she should have told me. She basically said that I made a sale and that she could do nothing about it. Meanwhile I am with four tops and no matching bottoms which lessens my chance of taking the items to another resale shop or passing the outfits on to someone who could use them. I have definitely learned my lesson and should have listened to my husband. I won't be going back to this store. :(
Pros: Employees were friendly but....
Cons: Not informative of the total process
