This is a very low frills gym. I really liked the idea of joining an old school gym. Most of the equiptment is decent at best.
They really need to update their cardio machines. They obviously do not put a lot of stock into getting the latest and best equiptment for their clients.
The most challanging thing about this place is the current management is not very professional. They (she) runs the gym as if the members are her staff to manage as well.
Another disadvantage about this place is the lack of spinning classes. There is an amamzing instructor named NOEL that teaches there. His classes are always full and if you don't line up an hour before his classes, you will not get a bike. The managment team refuses to give him more classes or adjust some of the current classes that no one attends.
I think they need to pu the manager through a real management training program so she can develop the appropraite skills to manage people.
Pros: no frills, free towel service, great spinning/kick boxing
Cons: management is not professional, needs updated equiptment
