On Friday, March 12, 2010 at approximately 9 p.m., I submitted an email requesting additional information about a vehicle to Scott Robinson Honda?s Internet Department. I received a call the next day approximately 10 a.m. from the internet sales department giving me a brief description of the vehicle and inviting me to come in and take a look. When I arrived at the car lot, I was promptly greeted and asked had I been helped. Everyone was friendly and respectful and it was genuine; not just because they wanted to score a ?quick sale.? The sales people were neither chasing me down nor vying with each other to make a sale. Everyone from the sales people, receptionist to the finance officers and especially Chris Carlson, were very friendly and professional. Scott Robinson Honda creates a family like atmosphere and you will feel it the moment you walk in the dealership.
