They greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me something to drink right away. They took care of my needs quickly and competently, and they reviewed my coverages to make sure that all of my insurance was up-to-date and gave me recommendations on having the best coverages possible for my needs. They weren't pushy, however, and they didn't try to sell me coverages that I didn't need. They made going to the insurance office an enjoyable experience, and they talked with me like we were old friends while maintaining a professional relationship at the same time. They were genuinely interested in me as a person and not just as a bill that needed collected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
