On our most recent visit, I returned a Homegard Backup Battery because it was defective. The lady at the returns desk did not know the answer, but directed me to the correct aisle, where they inspected the product and promptly gave me a new one, no other questions asked, and took care of notifying the returns desk before I got there. No problem. I will say that normally in these kinds of places it is difficult to get the attention of an employee when you want one. This was not the case.
