I took my tv for repair on 2/20/10. They gave me an estimate that is was the system controller board and that it would be ready by the 26/27th of Feb. Weeks went by and they keep telling me that the part wasn't available that they had to order it from another company. Then on March the 8th they said that the part had arrived but it was defective so they had to order a new part. On March 12 they emailed me and told me that they ""had recieved a new board"" were wrong because the problem was not the main controller board but the that is was the PANEL and that is was too expensive to fix, that I can go and pick up my TV. They refused to give me my estimate money back even though they gave me a bad estimate and they took 22 days to finally "" according to them"" find out what was really wrong. Why should I pay for a bad estimate that was giving to me to begin with? When you pay for an estimate you pay to get an accurate diagnostics and what is really wrong. Its not my fault that their first estimate was not accurate and that it took them 22 days to figure out what was wrong. They have no idea what they are doing and I would never refer them and I will give them nothing but bad reference. I have filed a claim with BBB and will file small claims courst case to get my $45.00 back, why should they keep that money when they didn't even provide me with an accurate estimate and took 22 days to finally give me an "" accurate"" one? They have poor customer service skills yet on their website they brag about high technical services. STAY AWAY. Cons: STAY AWAY, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE LIARS more
