I have rented from this company for 3 years. The staff that I originally dealt with were WONDERFUL!!!!! Always so helpful. But those 2 girls they have in there now are just TERRIBLE!!!!!! Those girls are just so RUDE!!!!! Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will try to get money anyway they can. You should see what they charged my neighbor for a late fee. He was only late 1 day and they charge 10% of the rent plus $5.00 a day. OMG!!!!! He was late 1 day only and they charged him $141.00. That is just crazy. Dont trust these people, they dont care about you as a renter?
