While Dr. Lim is an amazing doctor, I find her staff to be very rude and curt. At an appointment I was the last patient leaving and was made to feel like the biggest inconvenience to schedule another appointment because the receptionist had already closed down for the evening. Another time, while in the middle of switching insurances there was a question about the deductible. I ended up getting a call about a $20 balance on my account. I made the payment immediately but felt I was being harassed and threatened even after the payment was made due to poor communication within the office itself. When I spoke to the office manager and instead of apologizing for her poor manner she just made excuses for the billing coordinator's behavior and insinuated I should just accept this behavior as appropriate when I have a balance. I would NEVER recommend this office to anybody.
