We have been banking with CB for 15+ years and last Sat. we were surprised with an overdraft charge for the sake of ELEVEN MINUTES!! My husband was ( understandably) upset and raised his voice to the receptionist... no profanity... no name-calling... nothing like that... he wanted to express his frustration and anger. We rec'd a letter CLOSING ALL THREE OF OUR ACCOUNTS... No chance for resolution- ZERO TOLERANCE...\r
CB needs to change its motto...
