They were horrible! I was given 5 ship dates before I got my dress! Got the dress 4 weeks prior to my wedding and it had issues, should have been sent back to the manufacturer, however being so close to the wedding and the fact that it took 6 months to get it in, in the first place we didn't have time to do that. The owner, and seamstress we very rude. The owner told me she had been in business for 25 years and didn't need my business, after I had asked her to help resolve the issue. She also tried to tell me what I had done, which was incorrect, and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain. I am not a bridezilla, actually wasn't even upset until the owner Judy hung up on me! The customer service there is ridiculous! My story ends with me taking my not so perfect dress from the store and leaving issues unresolved. I have however so happy to be done with that place. Brides Beware!\r
