I started going to Yoga Shakti for pilates and then more recently have been going to yoga classes. The yoga classes are great. They offer a wide variety of class levels so you can choose the level that's best for you. Level 1 is appropriate for a beginner but also someone who has practiced a while and wants a less intense practice. The instructors are great. They focus more on making the practice work for you and not on pushing too hard. It's a warm friendly place.
