The X Gym is a great place to workout. I've tried other personal trainers, but none give me as much as advice on nutrition, cardio, and weights as the X Gym does. The workouts are amazingly hard, but EFFECTIVE! It really is a very unique experience, so going and trying it is the best way to evaluate it. You get (at least, depending on different promotions) one free workout, so go try it out... it's awesome!
Pros: Time-efficient, cost-effective for training, fun people!
Cons: No complaints...
