We used to use A-1 Airport Transportation to get to Phoenix Sky Harbor and back. They were much, much better than the other local competition. However, one night our return flight was several hours late, and even though we had a reservation, A-1 was closed for the night by the time we arrived. Our only hope was Super Shuttle, who provided us a ride home at midnight, with almost no wait, even though we were the only passengers. Since A-1 went out of business, we have switched to Super Shuttle exclusively. One supreme advantage is that I now travel with a mobility scooter, and they have accessible vans (A-vans) which enable me to ride directly onto and off the van. Their promptness is legendary. One time they came ONE MONTH early!! (Talk about a surprise wake-up call at 3 a.m. ! !) In ten years, we have never had any complaint or issue with these people. And they're headquartered right here in sunny downtown Phoenix.
