As a child I used to visit this animal hospital and I thought they were super only because I didnt really know any better. As I began to ascertain more relevant knowledge i saw their flaws. The doctors dont really like to ans. ques and it has to do with the neighborhood they service. Mostly low income black and hispanic residents live in the area. The receptionists (usually women) are very rude and act as though customer service doesnt contribute to the company's strong reputation.
Pros: Wait time is not long in the morning
Cons: They act as though every question asked is an inconvenience
