i have purchased 2 sets of tires from this outlet and have been 100% satisfied beond the promises made and kept by the staff. i recently had new set put on my suv and asked at the time to have one of the old tires put on my spare well human nature steped in and they forgot to do this. so i went back almost 59 days later and told them of the sutiation and they gheck but no suitable used tire in stock so without asking the just installed a new tire to replace the 1/2 used one they forgot to put on AT NO CHARGE wow talk about customer satisfaction you guys get a 10 in my book thanks again JERRY
