First of all let me start by saying that if someone had a bad experience with any of the vets or technicians in VCA Animal hospital then it must be a problem they have with themselves and every other place he/she went to. I've been to a lot of places with the animals in my life and I must say that this place has the most friendly staff, the most caring technicians and vets I've seen anywhere. They actually care about the animals NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. No one is obligated to call the patient's house after the patient leaves the office, but the staff in this office did so many times as well as the vets. That means a lot to me because that just shows that they care about your pet even after you leave not just when you're there. I have never even seen a human doctor do that. So if you love your pet and want to put him or her in the best care you would ever see given to animals then bring them there. You'll be glad you did. I thank God for giving my cat Felix the best doctor in the world.
