I called North Ridge Veterinary because my puppy was feeling ill on a Thursday. They got us in the same day, called us the next day to see how he was. Then by the next Tuesday he had not made much improvement. After calling first thing in the morning, I got in to see Dr. Pierce right away, he and his staff were caring, understanding and had the best bedside manner for my sick pup that I have ever seen!!! Finding out that my 6 week old mastiff needed a serious surgery rerouting his urinary system completely, Dr. Pierce made his surgery as affordable as he could and the very next day got him in for surgery and saved my little guy's life.
