I visited LA and stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were nice and the pool area was fabulous, however, customer service was awful!!\r \r I asked for a fork one night to eat my leftovers and was led to the ""breakfast room"" where the attendant proceeded to open a drawer and state ""in there somewhere"". I had to dig around to find the fork.\r \r We had to leave the hotel by 7:30 to walk to our office. Breakfast started at 7:30. When we asked if we could get anything at 7:25, the customer service rep said ""no"", as he ate a pastry that was served at the breakfast buffet.\r \r I would reccomend this hotel on a tight budget, but otherwise not so much....
