I am new to NYC. I just recently moved down here from Rochester, NY and was stressed out to say the least on finding a suitable home to live in. I dealt with a couple of realtors while I was still in Rochester and from the start, I was not feeling very good about the lack of communication and ""suggestions"" they were giving me.\r
I then looked on the internet and saw a bunch of good reviews on Chris Horner. (When I first called him I joked and told him he must of had a bunch of his friends put all those positive comments up) until he called me and I realized everything that was being said on here was true. He told me exactly what he was going to do for me and delivered! I gave him a list of criteria I was looking for and he went to work! Within an hour he was sending me links and following up with pro's and con's for certain areas. It was very difficult locking down a place living way up in Rochester, so I drove to NYC. I sent Chris a text and said I was here and the next morning we were driving around looking at places. He was able to hook me up with a beautiful brownstone in Brooklyn and the landlords are awesome! (They are actually human too!!) I told him I wanted the place, we went back to the office and filled out the paperwork and I put down a deposit. Saturday morning I am moving into my new home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Chris. If anyone is looking for a new place to live, I STRONGLY suggest you give Chris a call. Thank you Chris for a job well done. I apologize for writing such a long review, but you deserve every bit of it.
Pros: He is a human being with some integrity
