I took my daughter for getting her great report card. I wish I knew what I know now. When I made reservations 6 hours in advance they only had one time slot available. We were informed that we needed to purchase at least 1 entree per person and there was a $2.50 charge per person for the music. When we arrived we had to pay for the valet upfront (!), had to wait in the hall way for 5 minutes while no one was in the restaurant... The reception was not very friendly and welcoming. Service was ok, but hard selling. No water or bread, unless you want to pay extra. The food was very average. Olive Graden would have been better, except for the good music and the wonderful crowd. When paying the bill, they recommended 18% on the receipt.. (like they do in South Beach and actually add in on!). Like I can't figure it our myself.....All and all not a good experience they won't see me there anymore for a while. Hope my daughter will forgive me......
Pros: Nice Ambiance, Good Music, Nice Crowd, but.......
Cons: Overpriced, hard selling, no water, many extra charges....
