I have been a patient with ProPartners since there College/Lamar days. In the past 18 months there has been a significant decrease in personal service, feedback and care. The turnover with the front office staff means having to re-explain your medical circumstances repeatedly. Using incompetent people to draw blood makes each visit painful. Thier focus has gone from distinctive patient care to pushing thier assessment, diet/workout programs. This is one long time customer who will not be returning
