I am a first time mom at 37. I have waited a long time for my son and wanted to make sure that I had the right pediatrics group to take care of him. I have looked at my options in the South KC Metro area and was looking specifically for a practice with MDs that doesn't use Nurse Practitioners. I met with Dr. Espe before my son was even born - a free meeting - to discuss what we could expect from the practice. He was wonderful and patient in answering all of my questions.\r
After my son was born, all of the visits were with our primary doctor, Dr. Espe. My son is now 6 mo+ and we have had to make a few sick calls. The doctors are all kind and patient and call back quickly. They have great hours for working parents and their staff in the office are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this group to anyone! And, I have always felt that the doctor has my son's best interest at heart - not my wallet!
