This is part of the Valentino Restaurant Group empire of restaurants. It's the more casual cousin to Valentino at the Venetian owned by Piero Selvaggio and Chef Luciano Pellegrini - both James Beard Award winners. Giorgio's chef, Nico Chessa, is just outstanding. The entire menu is full of classic and comforting dishes. The price is right too and it's a great place that caters to kids - not many in Vegas do. We went recently before taking the family to the Lion King stage show and they have a special set menu that starts at $29 for three courses which is a GREAT deal! One of our favorites in the city.
