bought a laptop and carried it back about two weeks later screen went out and they said it was physical damage and there was nothing they could do about it.. also wanted to charge me 300. to fix it and 150 to come to me and i live about 30 miles south of them.. horrible horrible tech support.. i also called and spoke with someone there and they was treating me like a dog.
