My brother and I received such great service at Cincy Car Audio. Bob and his crew tried very hard to make us happy with their products and their services. My brother doesn't speak English very well and I have to interpret for him. Here I was, didn't know anything about how speaker systems work, Bod tried to explain me from the basis using a very plain terminology. He even drew a picture to aid with my understanding. He is very smart. On top of a great customer service, they also provided us a great experience of the products that they installed for us. My brother is very happy with his speakers. At first, his car developed a very strange sound after every speaker had been installed. Instead of trying to find what to blame, Cincy Car Audio team tried hard to find a solution. They told us the problems and what they would do to fix the problems. That is what I wanted, finding a solution to a problem. we are human. Human is not perfect. I don't expect the team to be perfect after I paid them to do their jobs. However, they are expected to find a solution when it arises. and they did. Thanks. more
