I had a 3 hour wait. Not exaggerating. I was given a nerve conduction study (electrical shocks), without them telling me that it was planned, or what they were doing. (Fortunately, I've had one before so when I saw the machine I asked if it was that.) I told him this was for workers' comp, he said he didn't care and he doesn't pay attention to insurance. (Anyone on comp will understand why this is important) My daugher was with me in the room, and he was very nice to her, but very rude to me and didn't let me get a word in, couldn't talk to him at all. (My daughter (9) even stated how rude he was.) But I heard him in another room with a young boy and he was very pleasant and listened to the young boy. I think he's in the wrong field and needs to work with children. I am going to find a new neurologist.
Pros: Sounded like he was great with the kids, Helpers were nice
Cons: Ridiculous Wait, procedures not explained, rude
