I really had high hopes for my visit to Gentle Family Dentistry and Dr. Hill. The place is beautiful, seems to have the latest technology and the staff is very friendly. I made an appointment for a sore tooth and Dr. Hill took a look and immediately wanted to sell me a mouthguard for grinding. She told me that I had worn away the enamel on my tooth that was giving me troubles and exposed the dentin but I would need a mouthguard first. I explained I didn't want a mouthguard and she said she was not prepared to work on my ""otherwise healthy tooth."" I asked if there was anything else that could be done and she said she could place some sealant on the top but that might not work well. She instructed the assistant what to do, left the assistant to do the work and never came back to make sure it was done correctly. I've already made an appointment with another dentist to look at the tooth. The sealant did next to nothing and my tooth still hurts.
