got a massage for 35-40 minutes and got charged for 60 minutes. the reason given was that i was late and the next appt. was scheduled at 12 noon. however i would have expected to be told this beforehand that i would only be able to get 35-40 minute services. i did not cause any loss of business since i had made this appt. only 15 minutes prior to 11:00 and since this was a new town for me, i arrived at 11:10 for a 11:00 appt. and was then given paperwork to fill. by the time the massage started the time was already about 11:20-11:25\r
the staff was very unreceptive to this protest on my part and refused to make any accomodations. \r
i find this unethical, impolite and bad business practice MA?
