I was sincerely unhappy with the service I recieved from the Geek Squad.\r
First, I hate being bombarded with teenagers trying to hustle me to purchase services and products I dont need or want. Thats not how to make your customers feel comfortable coming to your store.\r
Second, Although they successfully removed virus from my laptop, it took them FAR too long to do so.\r
Nearly TWO WEEKS went by where I was computer-less and they were ""working on it as fast as they could"".\r
Two weeks is a very long time when you rely on your computer for work, when youre kids use it for homework and when it's how you keep in touch with family.\r

Reading reviews from Google I see I'm not the only one who's had a poor experience with the Geek Squad.\r

I was pleased to find a company while reading reviews, called Secure Remote Support. \r
I called them when my husbands computer went ka-put and their technicians went to work right away and had the computer fixed in ONE DAY for a fraction of the cost that the geek squad charged.\r

I would reccomend them to anyone!
