I've been going to Transformation Salon (a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon) and Grace Watson for all of my hair care and styling needs for about 8 years now, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for these services. I no longer reside in Austin, but drive in from Fort Worth every 6 to 8 weeks for hair appointments because I am so pleased with everything from the color, to the shampoo, cut, and style.
Everyone who works at the salon is so friendly and the customer service is superb. Grace and her staff are constantly working to learn new styles, cuts, and colors.
Grace always does a fabulous job with my color and cut... I get tons of compliments! She knows hair, and she takes the time to get to know her clientele.
