Crossroads Psychological Associates, specifically Dr. Lynn, over-billed me as a TRICARE beneficiary and then refused to refund my money in violation of the Balance Billing Act. To date, Health Net Federal Services has sent Crossroads Psychological Associates four letters, and left several messages, but Crossroads has failed to respond. \r
