Called to set up an appt. to repair a fridge under factory warranty. On hold for 10 mins. No apologies for waiting. Woman talked at me like a sailor. Gave a 4 hour window between 12 and 4. No cust serv call to confirm the appt. Called at 2:30 to confirm he was coming. No return call. Called again at 3:30 to confirm. She didn't know her head from her ass. Tells me, ""Sure"". Called at 4:45 (45 mins after the app.). Tells me he will be another hour. Asked why she couldn't call to tell me. Says, ""We don't do that"". After asking why no customer service tactics are applied to this appt, her reply was, ""Oh well, so what"". I stated that I would file a complaint with Fridgedaire, her reply was, ""So What, who cares, please go ahead and do that"". No consideration for a customer. Talks to their clients with no professionalism. We as consumers need to pass the word about disrepectful inconsiderate blowhards like these idiots. I have to give 1 star because you are not allowed to give 0 stars.
