We received a free estimate by Arbor Tree Inc and we decided to go with them. We were suppose to receive a phone call to set things up but didnt hear back from them so we decided to go with someone else. Four days after they said they would call, someone finally called but I was getting ready to go an on errand so planned on calling them back. Twenty minutes after that call, their crew showed up! We hadnt even signed a contract with them let alone set up a day for them to come out and do the work! It was a very awkward and uncomfortable position to be put in.
Pros: Came out quickly for an estimate
