I needed differential service which requires two qts of synthetic lubricant and a limited slip differential additive as recommended by the manufacturer. I called ahead and told the service rep what I wanted and made an appt. Upon arrive, I reviewed with the service rep what I wanted. When I picked the car up, I noticed there was no additive used as I had requested. When I asked the service rep about it he said ""the additive is already in the lubricant"". When I got home, I researched it on the internet and found that I had been deceived. The additive was not already in the lubricant. I am disappointed because I did not get what I asked for, the service rep was not honest with me and I had to make a special trip back to get the problem corrected.
