The manager at Mo's, totally mislead us to believe that he would ""take care of us"" after he said that a $50 off certificate of ours was no longer valid (after checking with the issuing company, the certificate was in fact valid. The manager came to our table, looked us in the eyes and said ""don't worry about it, I'll take care of you"". We proceeded to have our dinner and when the bill came the manager was no where to be found. He sent the server to our table to tell us that he meant he would give us a free dessert. I think there is a big difference in between ""I'll take care of you, don't wory about it"" and ""I'll hook you up with dessert"". It was HIGHLY unprofessional and disappointing that he couldn't even muster up the gusto to come back and face us. We will NEVER go to Mo's again. If you are looking for good customer service, I do not recommend.
