I do not live in the US and purchased my dresses online through Lestan - I really wish I had read the reviews before I did. After Lestan received payment I had no communication from them, sent a multitude of unanswered emails, could never speak with my sales girl - apparently she's ""very busy"" and it's appropriate to tell me what she's up to outside of work. They addressed my dresses to the wrong name and address, thankfully Fedex worked it out and seemed to find a simple task just that. After expressing my disappointment that my dresses were not sent until 3 weeks after they charged my credit card for the shipping, I was told not to worry, three weeks before the wedding is plenty of time to arrange fittings and alterations for five girls. According to my saleswoman 'every think will be fine' - this has really impacted on my wedding plans and ruined the whole experience for me I'm afraid to say. I am still waiting for my dresses to arrive. Please, consider carefully and learn from my mistake!!
