The first time I was there just to get information, staff was not polite at all. Well I thought it was just an immature teenager doing clerical work. The next time, first fay of class for my boys, a more mature lady up front had the same or even worse demeanor. Parents are not allowed to be in studio for observation, so I was going to leave run other errands and come back. And she rudely told me that they are babysitters. I came again, and my friendly and outgoing boys hated the place to the point where one of them cried out of the room. And just like them, they kept my deposit, first and last month payment for attending 1&1/2 session.
Pros: close to home
Cons: Staff extremely rude; financial policies crocket
